The Open Access Advisor (Built in the Open)

from Confidential Remarks · host Steven Koleno

Before we go any further, I want to ground how this is being shared. What you’re about to see is confidential, but it is also being built in the open. You are not seeing a finished product. You are seeing the thinking as it is taking shape. This material reflects early structure, language, and direction that has not been publicly released yet. It is not meant to be recorded, distributed, or shared outside of this setting. Not because it is locked away, but because we are choosing to open it carefully with people we trust. My name is Steve Koleno, and what I am sharing with you today is Open Access. This is the foundation of how Open Access works, how it thinks, and how it reframes the role of the advisor. It is not polished, and it is not final. That is intentional. This is the starting point, not the conclusion. The goal here is not to teach tactics or scripts. The goal is to begin sharing the core ideas behind Open Access in real time. How we move away from persuasion and toward clarity. How we redefine the advisor as a guide. And how we build a system around helping people decide instead of pushing them to buy.Open Access was created to solve a real problem. People are overwhelmed. Incentives are misaligned. And clarity has become rare. This system exists to bring clarity back, not by forcing outcomes, but by earning trust through transparency.Everything that follows builds from this foundation, and you are seeing it as it is being built. Launching March 1, 2026.
