The Open Gates of God

from Open House Church Sermons · host KJ Tromp

Believing foreigners stood at the edge of worship, while scarred eunuchs feared they had no place among God’s people. Isaiah 56 promises eunuchs an enduring name and foreigners joy in God’s house, but temple greed continued to block genuine worshippers. Jesus replaces that temple with His risen body, so people everywhere may come to God through Him. God’s welcome must shape His church. That means moving beyond tolerance to make time for people who do not easily fit, welcoming and loving them as family. Bible Reference: Isaiah 56:1–8 Preacher: KJ Tromp
