The Original Killers (And Plans) for Scream

from Breakdowns & Blockbusters Hosted by Breakdowns & Blockbusters

What if Scream was almost called Scary Movie, used a completely different Ghostface mask, and followed radically different killers and endings across the original trilogy? This video breaks down the original plans for Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 3, including unused scripts by Kevin Williamson, studio interference, and Wes Craven’s last-minute changes. From Drew Barrymore’s casting switch to a scrapped cult ending led by Stu Macher, this is the full what could have been story behind the Scream franchise. ⏱️TIMESTAMPS⏱️ 0:00 Intro0:31 Scary Movie2:11 Casting3:03 Dewey Dies3:26 Principal Himbry3:54 Original Ghostface Mask5:31 Title Change6:24 Fighting the MPAA7:17 Scream 28:04 Original Scream 2 Killers9:12 Scream 310:01 Original Scream 3 Killers11:19 Carrie Fisher11:37 Original Scream 3 Ending 🔴 Subscribe for more videos just like this: https://shorturl.at/atCD9 #scream Breakdowns & Blockbusters is represented by Digital Fox Talent.
