The Orioles are actually good now (Ep. 96)
from The Warehouse Podcast - a Baltimore Orioles podcast · host The Warehouse Podcast
It may not feel like it following a series loss in Tampa and dropping three of four overall, but the Orioles are playing some good baseball in the month of August. They even hopped into a playoff spot and third place in the AL East momentarily.Being in this position one year ago seemed unimaginable, even with the impending promotions of prospects, including Adley Rutschman. This team is unrecognizable from the 2021 squad in the best possible way.Things do get harder from here. There are whole lot of games left against the Blue Jays and a couple of series with the Astros. It’s an uphill climb, but there remains something special about this team. So I won’t count againt them until they prove differently. In this episode, the guys talk about that level of play, Jorge Mateo’s bat, Anthony Santander’s power, Félix Bautista’s warm-up music, and D.L. Hall’s future. If you like what you hear, consider subscribing to the podcast on Apple, Spotify, or here on Substack:We are also on YouTube if you prefer to get episodes in video form.Connect:Email: [email protected]: https://twitter.com/TheWarehousePodInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/thewarehousepodFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheWarehousePodTyler's Twitter: https://twitter.com/_tyyoungCamden Chat: https://www.camdenchat.com/Subscribe to us on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Play, Stitcher, TuneIn, YouTube or right here on Substack!
