The Other Face by James Lewis

In this episode, we descend from the triumphant proclamation of the Crowned and Conquering Child into the shadowed temple of the Elder Horus, where the Aeon is no longer defined by the victorious Will of the individual but by the ancient, patient gaze of the twin god who watches from the other side of the mirror. We explore how HarWer—the forgotten face of Horus, the day to Set's night, the most misunderstood deity of the Egyptian pantheon—was misidentified by the most influential magician of the modern era, and how that single error sent ripples of confusion through an entire cosmic epoch. In a world that still mistakes the mask for the face, still confuses the symbol for the reality, and still struggles to understand the relationship between the Self and the universe that defines it, do we have the courage to see the Other as it truly is, or will we retreat into the comfortable illusion that we are alone?🎧 ABOUT THE RUBY TABLETThe Ruby Tablet Podcast is a philosophical and spiritual journey through the essays of the Temple of Set, exploring the great traditions of human thought—from ancient Egypt to the present day.
