The Other Page Radio

Haywood Fennell hosts The Other Page Radio with guest Shawn Matthews, program manager of housing and stabilization at Home-Start. Home-Start helps provide housing for the chronically homeless-- those who have been documented as being homeless longer than 365 days. Veterans, families, individuals struggling with disabilities, substance abuse and unemployment, among others, are some of our community members that Shawn works with in outreaching to provide a support network to achieve stability. Be it through housing services or harm reduction, making a difference starts with small actions. Mr. Matthews shares his journey starting with volunteering to help others going through difficult times. We all require opportunities to improve. Haywood and Shawn discuss ways in which the way we live and think can be the portal to reach our higher selves on The Other Page Radio, no matter how hard life gets. We are more of a community when we can reach out and help each other.
