The Outer Realm Welcomes Bill And Jaci Kousoulas, January 18th, 2023 - Mothman

They are the authors of the recently published "Bridging the Tragedy." It touches on the Mothman legacy, but it focuses on the various types of trauma the people of Point Pleasant, WV experienced in the aftermath of the Silver Bridge collapse. They interviewed a few people who had connections to that Dec. 15, 1967 event. Jaci and Bill realized that they grew out of such a traumatic event. Many became community leaders and did many things to benefit the community. Some faith based traits are implied. Instead of people turning to destructive lifestyles to deal with trauma, Jaci and Bill's interviewees demonstrate that one can be resiliant in the aftermath of a disaster. It's a fascinating read. They debuted their book at this year's Mothman Festival, where they were also presenters.
