THE PAIN OF THE HUMAN WHO BELIEVES EMOTION IS WEAKNESS: BECOMING ADDICTED TO POSITIVE PRAISE: #370

There is something that can happen in a humans life that can make it very difficult to allow a new story to be told...  You see ..an incredibly important part of being able to tell a new story aligned with your heart and your soul... is being able to allow the purging and release of the low vibrational or "unwanted" energy from inside of you.. In order to do this efficiently .. we must allow ourselves to visit and release those experiences as we find and allow new perspective , reframing .. and insight ...  So what can prevent this ...  Sometimes people who are struggling and suffering through difficult times won't ever allow that to be shown in the world for fear of being judged as weak.. There are some humans ( such as myself for many years lol! ). Who become addicted to the praise they get for "always being happy and positive..  It can become a role .. and a deep sense of self identity ... To the point where when it comes time to process these emotional releases .. The subconscious story has been built so deeply from fear of judgement from others .. that it bleeds over into self judgement even when no one is around !
