The panel hears from Garreth Hayman, CEO of ropeway company Doppelmayr New Zealand. Then, the Kelburn Residents' Association is campaigning against telecommunications company Spark's proposal to build a 14.5m cell tower and equipment cabinets on a footpath in the centre of their leafy village. Sarah Wilcox, coordinator of the Kelburn Conservation Network joins the panel to discuss her issues with the project.
