Dr. Sams takes his sermon time today to remind us of one of the best aspects of the Gospel. We are completely and totally incapable of doing enough to earn God's good graces. Yet, we still try. And as a culture, we elevate the value of achievement to such levels that we carry those standards over into our relationship with others, and ultimately, our relationship with God.
