The Parent Trip: Tragedy & Children

You never want to talk about it, but, now days you have to.  Tragedy effects so many aspects of childrens lives... but when it happens at school, its a whole new discussion.  How do you talk to your child about it? What is being done to prevent it?  What can you do to help the authorities?  Carol Anne and Mary-Margaret are joined by Steve Demiter, Assistant Superintendent of Catawba County Schools and Captain Alton Price of the Catawba County Sherriffs Department.  These gentlemen discuss what is being done in our local schools and how recent events have led authorities to step outside the box and evaluate their policies.
