My guest today is Rodrigo Baer, co-founder and General Partner at Upload Ventures. I met Rodrigo a year ago during a trip to Brazil and was impressed by his knowledge of the history of the Brazilian market and the trends of where it is going.Rodrigo  investing in Brazilian startups in 2010, then went on to become a Managing Director for Redpoint eventures and a Partner at SoftBank's Early Stage fund for LatAm.
