Here are some of the high points: As leaders, it is mission critical that we have a growth mindset... that we never STOP learning and growing. Most people turn off their growth mindset by the time they are TWELVE!! Only growing leaders have the ability to grow their teams -- if you're having a problem with your team growing, look inwardly first. Beware of the danger of "finish lines" ... there isn't a time to STOP, there are just key mile markers along the way. The number one thing John Maxwell would talk with people about is their MINDSET.
