Suppressing emotions, particularly anger, can lead to physical and mental health issues, as unresolved emotions can manifest in the body. Emotions like anger and grief can become trapped in specific organs, such as the liver and lungs, respectively. Recognising and processing these emotions can prevent them from causing chronic health problems. True self-love involves allowing love from within rather than seeking external validation. Additionally, proper nervous system regulation is essential for integrating energy and emotions, enabling individuals to process their feelings effectively. Anxiety is a prevalent emotional block experienced by many, often stemming from deeper issues of self-doubt and confusion. Addressing these core issues can lead to significant improvements in emotional well-being. Simple exercises, such as mindful breathing and energy movement, can help individuals connect with their emotions and release tension. Acknowledging and feeling pain or discomfort can lead to quicker emotional relief and a greater sense of calm. BEST MOMENTS "The more we have an experience, a stressful or traumatic experience, and if we don't process that, then that sits in our bodies." "Every single issue that we have comes down to two things: self-doubt and confusion." "If you allow yourself to feel it, you're like, oh wow, this isn't so bad. It allows you to process it." "So many of us get stuck on this healing loop, and they never get past it." "If I allow love from my very core to fill me up, then I'm fulfilled."    To connect with your guest Kemina Fuilwood: Website: www.bodyflowenergetics.org/free-gifts Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/kemina.fulwood    To connect with your host follow Me HERE: Insta: https://www.instagram.com/rachel_unspokenemotions/  TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@rachel.unspoken.em Email: [email protected] Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/rachel.elimelech   To Buy Rachel a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/unspokenemotions  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rachel-elimelech-a07a1a46/  To join the waitlist for Rachel’s Unspoken to Unstoppable Breakthrough Programme - email [email protected] quoting reference “Breakthrough" HOST BIO Qualified Solicitor | Higher Court Advocate | Story Listener | Emotional Mentor Rachel Elimelech is the warm, courageous voice behind Unspoken Emotions - a podcast that gives voice to the feelings we so often keep buried. Empowered by Darkness Andrea Medina Hi, I’m Andrea Medina. Though I’m in my early 20s, the history of relational trauma in my family lineage coupled with my own father’s abuse and abandonment, has instilled in me a self-awareness and sensitivity to emotions from a young age. I was born in México and raised in Compton, a community where I didn’t have many mentors or influences that pointed me in the direction of emotional healing work. Still, I went on to publish The Energized Self: A Journey to Interconnected Healing, a book that is half memoir and half conversations with trauma survivors at the age of 22. This same year I began my public speaking journey and my master’s program to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. As I find myself rising to fulfill my soul’s calling today, I am still in the same location where conversations like the ones had in this podcast aren’t common. I’m also faced with a myriad of economic and social challenges that I know listeners will relate to. My goal is that Never Alone Infertility Morgan and Madison Never Alone is a podcast for women navigating infertility, loss, and everything in between. We’re two friends whose paths intertwined during our own walks through infertility, and we understand how isolating and overwhelming the process can be. From the uncertainty of IVF to the heartache of miscarriage and the patience required in moments of waiting, we’re here for you.Join us each week as we have real and raw conversations about the challenges and emotions of walking through infertility and loss – both from our own experiences and speaking with other women. We’re glad you’re here, and hope you feel seen, supported and most of all know that you’re never alone. THINK BIGGER, THINK BETTER Paul Gibbons THINK BIGGER, THINK BETTER presents the 21st century’s leading entrepreneurs, scientists, philosophers, public intellectuals, and business and political leaders as they discuss the most important issues of today.
