“The Patient Life”

The longer we sit in traffic the happier we become. The longer it takes the server to bring our food, the more our souls are filled with joy. And the longer we wait to be seen by the doctor the less anxious we feel. Said no one to any of these things ever! As disciples of Jesus, we’re not called to delight in or celebrate situations like these. But we are called to endure them without losing our cool or responding with hurtful words and actions. This week, we’ll unpack the next attribute disciples of Jesus are called to adorn in order to model a kind of love that has the power to heal relationships and transform lives.
