THE PATTERNS OF YOUR LIFE Proverbs 4:25-26 “Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.” These verse this morning reminds us that the direction of our life is often determined by the what we choose to focus on. Where our eyes settle… our mind begins to follow. And where our mind goes… our steps are not far behind. The Psalmist says, “Let thine eyes look right on.” That speaks to me of intentional focus. Not distracted, Not wandering, not random, and not constantly pulled to the left or right by every passing thought, emotion, or circumstance. A steady gaze is highlighted here, a choice to look forward, to stay centered on what truly matters.
