The Paulogia Project (Part 1): The "Minimal Witnesses" Hypothesis Gets a Grade of "D-"

In this first part of the fan requested Paulogia Project, I recovered the detailed video I did before (about 70-80% finished) and finished it in order to fully assess Paulogia's "Minimal Witnesses" hypothesis on its own terms.
