Because of this, King Joash was only able to defeat his enemies three times instead of completely vanquishing them. With this, he encourages us that it's time for the church to storm Babylon and keep striking the ground until we gain victory over the evil one. Joseph also reveals that a mantle falls on whomever God deems worthy, and no one can possess it just because they desire to. He highlights the phases of a movement or calling, explaining that a revelation is born during the developmental phase and can become institutionalized at the mature stage. He clarifies that a movement begins to decline when the past is glorified more than the present or future. He then references Proverbs 20:28-29 to show how a movement can be saved from decline.
