THE PEACE OF GOD

Philippians 4:7 (KJV)  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.   The scripture for today is very clear that when your mind is focused on God, unmovable regardless of situations, God himself will keep you. In other words, the safety and security you are looking for, can only be found in God. Your trust in God is derived from his Word which is full of promises concerning you. Remember that we are in this world but not of this world. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5 KJV). The mind of Christ does not entertain stress or anxiety. The mind of Christ is not troubled by current events, nor gets frustrated when faced with circumstances.   We live in a world where peace is very elusive. We see around us confusion and chaos. We hear of peace accords, peace treaties and peace agreements, but rarely are such engagements honored or respected. Only King Jesus, the prince of peace, can offer lasting and durable peace to a world in turmoil. God's peace surpasses human understanding because it's not worldly. God's peace is not derived from things and accolades but from inner satisfaction generated through your fellowship with the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit takes over, your finances will gain stability; your spiritual growth will be outstanding for all to see.    PROPHETIC DECLARATION My peace is of God, which is indestructible; my life is a manifestation of God's peace; it emanates from within me.
