He has also been the strength for some major universities that you may have heard of like the Tennessee Volunteers, Ole Miss Rebels, and USC Trojans. He is now the west coast rep and strength training ambassador for Sorinex. We were fortunate to get have a great talk with Aaron about his approaches to training, throwing, and coaching over the years.
