Today on the show, Fish found out about a new building in New York City that might be called the "Penn 15 Building". Now, if you have the comedic appetite of a 7th grader, you will instantly understand why that is quite funny. But, if you don't... It's because "15" looks like "is", so if you put Penn in front of it, it looks like it says "penis". Yup, that's right, someone in NYC built a brand new skyscraper and wants to call it the penis building.
