The Pentagon's restructuring of acquisition bureaucracies proves its worth

It’s been eight years since the Pentagon underwent a major restructuring of its acquisition bureaucracies, splitting it into two separate organizations overseen by two undersecretaries; one for research and engineering and one for acquisition and sustainment.
