The Penultimate Truth
from DickHeads Podcast Hosted by Langhorne J Tweed
What do a subterranean President, psychic detective, and futuristic Don Draper have in common? Correct. They are all characters in Philip K. Dick's 12th novel, The Penultimate Truth. This time the DickHeads try to follow the maze of interlacing storylines in a post WW3 world where admen have citywide mansions, time travel is real, and the bulk of humanity build robots in underground bunkers waiting for the war they don't know ended years ago to finally be over. Plus: The FBI at PKD's door. Artificial Organ Baron Harkonnen. And Anthony still doesn't have his copy of Unamerica.
