The Persecution - Tim Horman
from One Church, Blackburn Hosted by One Church
What if you're not meant to just watch from the sidelines? In Acts 6-7, we meet Stephen—a brand new believer who moves from learner bystander to empowered agent in a matter of weeks. Full of the Spirit, he does what Jesus did: preaching, healing, and shining with God's glory. This Pentecost Sunday, Tim Horman challenges us with a provocative question: if the same Holy Spirit who filled Stephen is available to us today, what might God want to do in and through our lives? It's time to stop making excuses and start stepping into the authority and power that's already ours in Christ. 👉 To get questions for small group discussions on this sermon, check out our blog at https://one.org.au/blog/persecution Connect with us: WEBSITE: https://one.org.au INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/one._church FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/churchone We pray that this message was an encouragement for you.
