The Person of the Gospel Part 12 - The Light of the Beginning

In the beginning of creation God created the heavens and the earth.  And God said let there be light.  This was before he created the sun, moon and stars.  What is the Light from the beginning?  Jesus said I am the Light of the world.  This is the answer. When Jesus came into the world, He brought the Light of God's plan and purpose to man.  This was God living in man.  God was in Christ as we have looked at many times.  This purpose in Christ was for God to reconcile man to His plan and purpose from the beginning.  This Light who is Christ is the definition and defining of God's purpose.  Glory to God.
