The Person of the Gospel Part I - Introduction

The Word Gospel has in its meaning Good News.  All of the Good News is contained in a Person.  Without the Person, our Lord Jesus Christ, there would be no Good News.  So, when we read the scripture (Old Testament) we see the Person of the Scripture.  We come to understand it is speaking of Coming One.  This One came and brought Good News with Him, in Him, of Him, and through Him.   Now this same one who came and brought this Good News, has made His dwelling place, you and I.  "The Church which is His Body."  "Of His fulness we have received."  We receive the Person of the Gospel.  Glory to God!
