The Pisilli Surge

A 4–0 win at home over Fiorentina is the focus of this episode, as Scot goes solo to break down what he calls Roma's best performance under Gasperini in Serie A this season. Goals from Mancini, Wesley, Hermoso and a Pisilli header sealed it, with Malen hitting the bar twice and a midfield three of Koné, Cristante and Pisilli running the show. Scot then turns to Pisilli's rise — three months ago he was on his way out to Genoa or Sassuolo, now he's one of the first names on the team sheet. 82 passes against Fiorentina, 92.7% accuracy, a goal, and how the European campaign quietly turned his Roma career around. Plus, Inter crowned champions, Juventus and Napoli held, Milan stuck on one goal in five, and a top-four race that opens right up with three to play — Parma away, the derby at home, and Hellas Verona to close. Forza Roma, always. 🎧 Tune in (Ep. 340) lamagicast.com Follow us: La Magicast: @LaMagicast Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
