What did Jesus really mean when He said, “In my Father’s house are many mansions”? For many of us, this has been understood as a promise of heavenly homes… a place we will one day go. But what if that is not what Jesus was saying at all? In this episode, we walk carefully through John chapters 13 through 17, staying with the words of Jesus Himself, allowing Him to define His own meaning. What unfolds is not a promise of future buildings… but a revelation of something far greater. Jesus was not preparing a place for us in heaven. He was opening the way for us to be brought into the Father. Through His death, resurrection, and the giving of the Spirit, we are not waiting to arrive someday… we are being brought into union with God now.
