The Place of Rest and Recruitment

Psalm 134 calls the gathered saints, God's royal priests, to bless the Lord in His house. In this message we see the glory of the Lord's Day as a weekly holy convocation where believers enter into covenant fellowship with their Redeemer. We are reminded that worship is not only our offering to God but also His benediction upon us. As we lift our hands and open our hearts we receive rest, renewal, and recruitment for the work ahead.
