The Plastics: How Should We Lessen Our Usage (and ultimately stop altogether)?

from RealiTEA Podcast · host Realist

Plastic is known to be convenient, cheap and sterile. Almost everyone uses plastic but do not know that it harms mother nature. Awareness about plastic pollution is almost everywhere but people are still ignorant and do not take action against it. Each Malaysian uses an average of 16.8kg of plastic per year. Malaysia has become one of the highest ranked countries that has poor garbage collection services. It is time to do more than just spreading awareness, but to also acknowledge that the earth is really shutting down on us especially during this pandemic. Mostly because of our own doing. In reality, plastic is not to blame because the cause of it is from our own behaviour. We'll let you in on how things can turnaround if we are proactive to combat plastic usage!  Malaysia for Plastic-Free 20NOW!
