Join Ron Ortiz, Jamie Free, and Kyle Shipp as they wait, often quite humorously, for the open announcement. The trio did a live instagram broadcast to breakdown 24.1. At least that was the intention until the open announcement drug on through commercials, a synchronized "competition" amongst the athletes, and an homage to Dave's open announcements. After all that we finally got to hear the workout and start the breakdown. Until then Ron, Jamie, and Kyle share a lot of laughs and stories. And if you can listen very close you can hear Kyle start to get very tense about how long the entire process was taking!!!
