I have dealt with mental health struggles since I was 13. I have had an everlasting battle with depression and anxiety. I contemplated on taking my own life and almost ended up in a hospital. I was seen as an outcast by my fellow peers. Always thought I wasn't good enough. Now, I am the host of 3 podcasts.
