They talk about what happened when they finally reached out for help, the importance of recognizing when things are starting to change, and why we shouldn't wait until we're at our lowest point before talking to someone.They also talk about resilience, finding ways to get through difficult days, supporting other members, and using the resources available to CUSW members.Craig has one message that comes through clearly: never be ashamed to ask for help.
