This thirtysomething small business owner and volunteer fireman is running to fill Maryland's 5th Congressional district seat, long held by Congressional stalwart Steny Hoyer, who's retiring (finally!) at the age of 86. Harry is facing a very crowded field, but as you'll immediately tell from our interview, he is quite a formidable candidate, and has a lot of great things to say.
