Emily also works as a strategist for Diana McLain Smith on her book, Remaking The Space Between Us, which brings a relational lens to polarization and offers citizens a blueprint for working together to solve common problems. Emily previously studied Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School, first as a research associate and then as a doctoral student. Between Harvard and her current role, Emily spent several years in Wyoming, where she worked as a wrangler on a remote horse and cattle ranch in the Absaroka mountains. She graduated with honors from Williams College with a B.A. in Political Economy.
