THE POWER OF A GOD-GIVEN VISION

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Devotional Message: Scripture: “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” – Proverbs 29:18 (KJV) A God-given vision is more than just a dream or ambition—it is a divine revelation of purpose that gives direction, ignites passion, and sustains perseverance. When God places a vision in your heart, it becomes a spiritual compass that points you toward the fulfillment of His will in your life. Without vision, life becomes aimless, filled with motion but lacking meaning. But when God gives you vision, it brings focus to your energy and clarity to your steps. It inspires faith to rise above obstacles and courage to keep moving when the way is hard. His vision anchors you in seasons of uncertainty and empowers you to live with eternal purpose. God doesn’t just give vision—He equips, provides, and leads you through every stage of its fulfillment. He calls you not to rely on your strength but to walk in obedience, trust, and alignment with His Word. Even if the vision tarries, wait for it; it will surely come (Habakkuk 2:3). Today, ask yourself: Am I pursuing God’s vision for my life or chasing my own plans? How can I align more closely with what He’s revealed to me? Prayer: Almighty Father, thank You for the vision You have placed in my heart. Help me to see through Your eyes and pursue the purpose You created me for. Strengthen my faith to trust Your timing, and guide me in every step. Let my life reflect Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
