The Power of a Gratitude Practice with Adam Bremen

from Positively Real Podcast · host Brittny King

Brittny speaks with the King of Gratitude, Adam Bremen. Adam was born 3 months premature and came into the world with cerebral palsy. Despite life’s challenges including being wheelchair bound, Adam uses gratitude to make the best of his life and not fall victim to his circumstances.  Despite always focusing on the positive, in 2017, Adam realized he wasn’t happy with his weight and felt overly sluggish. At the time he weighed 230 pounds and decided to give the Keto lifestyle a try while also introducing water aerobic exercise 6 days/week which resulted in not only a weight loss and body transformation and only increased his positive nature! When he adopted the Keto lifestyle, Adam struggled to find in-between meals and snacks that tasted GOOD. He quickly realized a need for a GREAT tasking Keto bar and started working on what is now the Keto Krisp: a bar that keeps you in a state of Ketosis and tastes AWESOME (because you can have the best of both worlds).  Adam shares: His personal story, cerebral palsy, and keeping an attitude of gratitudeLosing his wife to cancerMaintaining gratitude when the decks seem to be stacked against youHow gratitude can catapult you forwardHow Keto Krisp came to be and the growth he’s seen in the last 18 monthsWhat’s to come with Keto KrispHis superpower and why gratitude is his favorite wordAnd so much moreThis episode is SO GOOD, you do NOT want to miss it. You are bound to feel inspired after this one. Adam’s goal remains steadfast making it easier and enjoyable for everyone to live a healthier lifestyle on-the-go. Connect with Adam:https://www.instagram.com/adambremen/https://www.linkedin.com/in/adambremen/https://ketokrisp.com/
