Send us Fan MailJacob understood the power in names...He had seen Abram name changed to Abraham and when he got a chance to be with God - He knew this was His opportunity - he grabbed it. Later we see him changing his sons name from Ben-Oni to Benjamin at birth - why? He didn't want him to have wrestle with God for a name change. Later we see Israel intervening on his grandchildren Ephraim and Manasseh...  Brethren - one of the greatest gifts of salvation is our name change....... Be blessed as you listen.
