She most recently wrote a cookbook, GINSPIRED: The Ultimate Gin Cookbook, to help foodies and gin lovers around the world incorporate this wonderful juniper-laced spirit into their cooking. Heather lives in Prince Edward Island, Canada; is the mother of two boys; loves to travel; listens to Bon Jovi, likes to drink a great gin cocktail; is always on the lookout for an adventure, and will try just about anything once.
