Second, we must be fully responsive, refusing sluggishness and choosing immediate obedience when God speaks through His Word or by His Spirit. Third, Christians are called to imitate faithful examples, learning from believers who have endured, obeyed, and remained steady in their walk with God. Finally, we are reminded that we are called to be heirs of the promises of God, with our ultimate inheritance secured in Christ.
