The Power of Community

Join The Janus Oasis Community. John Espirian is a LinkedIn expert who is gifted in building relationships and community.  He runs the most effective group I've ever been part of on LinkedIn and the doors are open again until he reaches 300 members.  I'm one of 4 Canadians in the group (living in Canada anyway - Canadians are everywhere and there are many more in the group, along with many other nationalities).  John created an interactive map so we can see where everyone is from.  He also talks about his volunteer work, writing books and generosity. When we were recording this, I had no idea John was going to add me to his Friday shout list.  We talk about it generally during the podcast and he told me we stopped recording.  I watched myself blush on camera because he had just finished telling me his high standards for choosing people.  I'm rarely speechless but I did the classic hands over the face reaction.
