Michelle Huljev loved having a solid community. Living in a small, Bay Area town, close ties with family, friends, and neighbors have always brought joy into her life. After 17 years working in the financial industry, she felt pulled towards a career that would satisfy her love for people and longing for a deep connection within her work. Enter the world of high-performance coaching. Michelle found that being a coach enabled her to create that community she was seeking; and in 2015 she became a lead director in the Certified High-Performance Coaching Community under Brendon Burchard where she builds a space for coaches to collaborate, support, inspire, and network with one another. Coaching is assumed to be a solitary field, but it is a vital part of a coach's career to not only be coached but also instruct others on how to interact with that communal element to enrich their lives.
