Connect people to the intellectual integrity of the Faith, v. 3-4Two things Paul labored to prove...1) that Christ had to suffer a) because sin must be punished b) because God must be understood to as holy2) that Christ had to rise from the dead  a) the resurrection proves the deity of Christ“Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God, which he promised beforehand through his prophets in the holy Scriptures, concerning his Son, who was descended from David according to the flesh and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord…”                - Romans 1:1-4 b)  the resurrection affirms God’s acceptance of Jesus’ death in your place and for your sins4.
