Sharing it creates connection without pressureIngredients (2 servings)- 2 cups unsweetened almond or oat milk- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 2 teaspoons fresh grated)- ½ teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 teaspoon fresh grated)- ½ teaspoon cinnamon- Pinch of black pepper- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or 2 soft dates (optional)- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or MCT oil (optional for creaminess)- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)Instructions- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.- Warm over medium-low heat, stirring gently. Do not boil.- Heat for about 3–5 minutes until warm and slightly frothy.- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice.- Pour into two mugs.How to Share the MomentSit down together without distractions.
