The Power of Hypermobility - Communities Unite with Cath and Kitty

In today's episode theme of the communities unite series is called Hypermobility as myself, Cath and Kitty all have hypermobility. Kitty has had hypermobility since she was about 5 years old and Cath was diagnosed late on when she was 15 years old.  both third appearances on the podcast from Cath and Kitty! We talk about the impact that hypermobility has on us and how we do things. We talk about the impact of joints and walking long distances which makes us achy and tired. With link the conversation into Autism & ADHD about how clicking your joints is very sensory very comforting, we do know the not good things about doing it but we also talk getting judged for it doesn't help us.  Cath and Kitty share some personal stories which are very inspirational too! Great conversation about the power hypermobility has on us!
