The Power of Journaling with Angelee Lopez

from Positively Real Podcast · host Brittny King

After building a successful early career, Angelee realized she was living her life on autopilot. She had career success yet was completely burnt out, anxious, and unfulfilled (#relatable). After experiencing a period of serious depression, she decided to begin therapy which was when life changed for her. Therapy was the catalyst for her self-healing journey and led her to dive deep into practicing gratitude, yoga, and meditation. She was improving her wellbeing, but most importantly these practices led her back home to herself. In 2020, Angelee felt her community deeply hurting, which led to the creation of Manifest House, a space she felt was missing in the broader wellness industry. Manifest House’s mission is to help women and femmes care for all aspects of themselves unapologetically. While there are plenty of online wellness studios that exist, few offer a true sense of community along with access to multiple healing modalities at an affordable price point. Brittny and Angelee discuss the birthing of Manifest House and it’s incredible offerings, why Angelee began to journal and how that practice has helped her immensely, why she continues to journal, starting small and finding consistency, why you don’t have to make “all in” leaps to make progress in your goals, journal prompts, and so much more.Use code BRITTNYK22 to get your first class free at Manifest House!Connect with Angelee:https://www.manifesthouse.com/https://www.instagram.com/manifesthouse_/https://www.linkedin.com/company/manifest-house2https://www.manifesthouse.com/membershipConnect with Brittny:www.instagram.com/brittnyking_www.brittnyking.com
