In this week’s show, Colin talks to author, safety advocate and fellow Safety FM podcast host, Brent Sutton, about his fascinating new book devoted to Learning Teams, and how they can be used to great effect in order to drive improvement and create impact in our own organisations. As adults in the process of learning, development comes not in the form of layered learning, but through the piecemeal process of filling gaps in our learning.
