The Power of Love

What is the secret of love and loving? And why do so few of us really know how to love and receive real love? When you read this title think The power of love by Frankie Goes To Hollywood (those of you alive in the 80's or that like old music) that's what was in my head plus a little Tina Turner and What's Love Got To Do With It.  Love can be mysterious. Love can feel selfish. Love can feel like never enough- from you or from others. But love is transformative and when we get a better grip on what it is and how to love ourselves the world looks different and how we are in the world is different as well. That's what this episode is about.
