The Power of Mindset in Transforming our Health (and Brains) | Coach Laura Eiman, Ep.011

from BrainHeal(th)

Today, I am very honored to introduce Laura Eiman. Laura is a certified Confidence Coach who specializes in helping her clients develop mindset strategies to help them overcome challenges, achieve desired outcomes and transform important areas of their lives (like helping clients discover their greatest purpose after retirement). Laura spent two years during Covid studying with retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine and his team to get her Unbeatable Mind coaching certification. She has been passionately abstinent from all processed sugar and junk foods for over 24 years. She's won a gold medal in Olympic Weightlifting and qualified for the world championships twice at the age of 64. And she launched a small business at the age of 50 that merely three years later gained the endorsement of Oprah, Rachel Ray and Barbara Walters. Laura conducts one on one and corporate group coaching as well as keynote speaking engagements. She's an amazing person who's been a good friend and mentor for years and actually helped me dial in my nutrition years back, which has led to such positive effects for my family. I'm really grateful to have her on with us today.
