Faith Under Fire, a new sermon series that focuses on The Ministry of Elijah. Today's sermon is based on 1 Kings 18:40–45 given by Rev. Dr. Mika Edmondson. After years of drought, idolatry, and spiritual darkness, God answers by fire on Mount Carmel and begins restoring His people. Through sacrifice, judgment, fellowship, prayer, and promise, God reveals that His victory creates the possibility of a completely new future. This victory also calls God’s people into a New Posture — one that turns away from idols, turns fully toward the Lord, and restores fellowship with one another.
